Appointments
Scheduling: Call 406-259-5096 to schedule an appointment for chiropractic services.  Appointments are generally available up until an hour before clinic closing, but may vary depending on Dr. Holl’s schedule.

Let us know at the time of scheduling if you’re a new patient or if you have a specific health concern.  We will assign you the first available appointment to meet your needs.

Pre-Care In-Person or Telephone Consult: If you’re unsure that chiropractic care is right for you, you may schedule a free, 15-minute, in-person or phone consultation with Dr. Holl. She will answer questions and provide general information during this consult but will not provide diagnosis or treatment.

Check-In: Upon arrival for an appointment, check in at YNC’s main reception desk, located to the right as you enter the clinic building from the north.

Cancellations: If you can’t keep a scheduled appointment, let us know as soon as possible so we may give this time to another patient.  You will be charged for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

First Chiropractic Visit: Your first visit with the chiropractor will last 60-90 minutes.  The doctor will visit with you in detail about your health concerns, pertinent past medical history, current medications, and lifestyle. S/he will also address any acute health problems, and may 1) ask you to sign a release authorizing the clinic to receive your medical records from other physicians and 2) discuss and arrange for X-rays or other imaging to be done before your second visit.   If you live more than 1-1/2 hours away, you may choose to have your first visit by phone.

Subsequent Visits: Subsequent visits (usually lasting 30-60 minutes) will be scheduled as per doctor recommendations and your individual treatment plan.

Patient Forms
To save time at your first appointment, we encourage you to print and fill out our patient forms prior to your arrival.  Turn in the completed forms at the registration desk when you check in for your appointment.

If you are a patient of the YNC medical center, we will already have these forms on file.

Payment
Full payment is due at the time of service.
Payment for chiropractic care is due in full at the time of service.  We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Insurance Claims
We submit medical insurance claims only for 1) chiropractic services covered by Medicare, and 2) children’s services covered by Blue-CHIP of Montana.  For all other care covered by your insurance, you must submit your own claims, requesting that insurance payments be made to you rather than to YNC. At the time of service, we provide you with a HICFA form that includes the treatment and diagnostic codes you need for claims submittal.  If you need old invoices reprinted after the date of service, we will provide them for a reasonable fee.

Check with your insurance company to determine your coverage.

Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, first call 911.  Then, when convenient, call YNC at 406-259-5096.  Your doctor will appreciate being notified.

After-Hours Calls
All emergency and nonemergency calls to the chiropractic center outside of regular business hours transfer to the YNC answering service.  At your request, the answering service will contact the YNC doctor on call or will take a message for Dr. Holl.

Questions About Your Treatment
During all phases of your care, we want you to fully understand your treatment.  If you have a question, ask Dr. Holl during an appointment, or let us know at the front desk.  Dr. Holl or another staff member will get back to you as soon as possible (Dr. Holl maintains a full schedule and may not be able to answer your questions directly or immediately).  If you have multiple or complex questions, we suggest that you make an appointment.

Right of Refusal
For the health, safety, and well-being of patients, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone when deemed necessary for any reason.
