In a three-day retreat, offered several times during the year, get away from it all for rest, relaxation, and detoxification on your way to a new you. In one easy weekend, away from home and everyday pressures, you’ll get the tools, knowledge and motivation you need to get started.

Each retreat starts with Thursday evening check-in and concludes early Sunday afternoon. You’ll spend nights in a private room at the Riversage Billings Inn and your days engaged in education, movement, and therapeutic health treatments at the clinic and the Oasis Spa.
