Policies

Appointments
General: Appointments are required for all Oasis Spa services and for naturopathic hydrotherapies. Because we require prep time for most services, we are unable to accommodate drop-ins.

Scheduling: To make an appointment for a naturopathic hydrotherapy, naturopathic body treatment, or therapeutic massage by spa director Rachel Day, ND, or massage therapist Jessica Powell, call 406-259-5096.  To make an appointment for esthetician services with Paula Larsen, call 406-670-9367. To make an appointment for a therapeutic massage by Shawn Farr, call 406-281-1110.

Let us know at the time of scheduling if you will need any special help upon arrival. 

Preparation: Try to allow at least 1 hour between your last meal and the start of your appointment.  Also, avoid drinking alcohol or coffee prior to your session.

Check-In: Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to allow amply time for check-in and to prepare for your treatment. We do not want you to feel rushed or to cut into your treatment time.

Upon arrival, check in at the YNC registration desk (through the door on the right as you enter the clinic building from the north). Then follow directions to the spa waiting area, where you will be greeted shortly by the spa director or another staff member.  The clinic registration desk will notify spa personnel of your arrival.

For Saturday appointments, enter the spa through the annex door at 714 North 30th Street on the east side of the clinic building.  Then proceed downstairs to the
spa desk for check-in.

Cell Phones/Pagers: To maintain quiet in the spa, please silence cell phones and/or pager in the waiting area and treatment rooms.

Cancellations: If you are unable to keep a spa appointment, let us know as soon as possible so that we may give the time to another client. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Handicap Access: The spa is accessible by elevator.  If you need elevator service, let us know in advance.  When you arrive for your appointment, enter the spa through the door at 714 North 30th Street on the east side of the clinic building.  A staff member will greet you there and escort you to the designated service area.

Payment
Payment in full is due at the time of service.  We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard.  On Saturdays, pay at the spa desk; for appointments on other days, pay at the YNC registration desk.

Insurance Claims
Check with your insurance company to determine your coverage for spa services.  If you are covered, you must submit your own claims, requesting that insurance payments be made to you rather than to the clinic.  Also, let us know what is covered, and we’ll provide (at the time of service) a HICFA form that includes the procedure and diagnostic codes you need for claims submittal.  If you need old invoices reprinted after the date of service, we will provide them for a reasonable fee.

Privacy
During all spa treatments, we respect your privacy with appropriate draping and room security.

Right of Refusal
For the health, safety, and well-being of clients, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone when deemed necessary for any reason.
