BEFORE YOUR HEALTH SPA TREATMENT
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in and prepare for your treatment. We do not want you to feel rushed or be forced to cut into your service time. Try to allow at least 1 hour between your last meal and your treatment and avoid the use of coffee or alcohol prior to your session. We ask that you notify us of any health conditions or physical concerns prior to your appointment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please let us know if any special assistance is needed at the time of booking your appointment. For your health safety and well being, the Oasis Health Spa must reserve the right to refuse treatment services to anyone when deemed necessary for physical and/or any other reason.

RESERVATIONS
Advanced reservations are advised. We enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. In the absence of advance notification, a bill will be issued for services reserved.
