Costs and Payment

Pain relief treatment at Yellowstone Pain Relief Center costs:

• $355-366 for the initial appointment with two physicians; includes medical exam and development of treatment plan
  
  Payment for this initial visit is due at the time of the visit.  
  

• $800-$1,700 for implementation of the recommended course of treatment following the initial visit; includes two to four natural treatments per week, for 4 to 6 weeks.
  
  Total payment for the sessions is due in halves, at the beginning of the first week and third week of the sessions. 
  The total cost of the above items is $1,155-$2,066.

Not included in the above costs are:

• Medical tests or imaging ordered after the initial visit
• Treatments delivered as followup to the initially scheduled treatment sessions
• Nutritional supplements and personal exercise equipment

Insurance

We submit medical insurance claims only for 1) chiropractic services covered by Medicare, and 2) children’s services covered by Blue-CHIP of Montana.  For all other care covered by your insurance, you must submit your own claims, requesting that insurance payments be made to you rather than to YNC. At the time of service, we provide you with a HICFA form that includes the treatment and diagnostic codes you need for claims submittal. If you need old invoices reprinted after the date of service, we will provide them for a reasonable fee.

Currently, Medicare and Medicaid do not cover naturopathic care. However, you might have some coverage under private insurance for naturopathic care, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and massage. To find out, check with your provider.
