Residencies
General Naturopathic Residencies
We accept one or two first-year general naturopathic residents and one second-year general naturopathic resident each year. All are exposed to a wide range of clinical and hydrotherapy treatments and naturopathic specialties and learn the practice of integrative medicine.
Specifically, residents:
- Work with a variety of patients in all areas of the clinic’s medical practice (including hydrotherapy),
- Conference weekly with Dr. Beeson
- Do clinical rotations with specialty physicians at eight sites (below)
- Attend weekly clinical grand rounds
- Interact with residents from the Montana Family Practice Residency Program who are in rotation at YNC
- Work with customers three hours a week at the local compounding pharmacy Juro’s
- Write newsletter and newspaper articles, give public lectures, and teach clinic classes
Financial support for the residency program comes from Seroyal, Juro’s Compounding Pharmacy, Vital Nutrients, and Nutrition Dynamics.
